In this workshop, led by Andrew Frank, we will present our methods for raising ducks. From egg collecting and incubation to duck housing and protection from predators. A tour of the farm will illustrate aspects of duck husbandry, and demonstrate successful polyculture of fish and ducks. Cost includes a light dinner featuring duck and duck eggs prepared by our on-site chefs. Following the class we will have ducks, ducklings, and other farm products available (dependant on season and other factors). If you want to make sure you can come to the class and get some ducks on the same day please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
